Very well maintained property. At the time of booking through Expedia believed it was including breakfast rates but to my surprise no. The Recoetion staff were polite but could do better to enhance customer satisfaction as this is the Raddison we talking about. Found them a bit hostile esp at checkin when we arrived a bit too early. Have to say Luis from concierge was great help from the beginning and hope he does get rewarded for a brilliant job he is doing there. Jose Carlos at Reception too was helpful in organising to get my kids a couple of biscuits one early early morning. Thank you very much. We had a nicr very stay overall.
