The hotel itself was fabulous and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful but..i would have given this 5 stars but i am being a bit picky as the 4 usb ports for charging electrical devices were all not working. I had explained this to the management and they sent a man to investigate, who then called another man to investigate. Eventually after 2 days the engineer came and investigated again and that was it. No solution just a lot if investigating. Maybe it will be fixed soon in room 411. Apart from that all good except for the pavement outside being a bit precarious as there were some missing cobble stones

I wish my stay was longer. I love this hotel so much. I mentioned to my friend that I was staying here and she said, she stayed here during her trip too and she also had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff is a large part of what makes this hotel special. Before I even checked in the door man saw my taxi and was ready to assist. He told me all about my room, that is so valuable! I missed my train and had to wait an hour for the next one to Lisbon and I was exhausted. They left a snack tray, a bottle of wine in my room. The staff made my day so much better.

The staff was excellent. The only thing I could complain about the bathroom sink wouldn’t hold water but as I didn’t complain about it wasn’t a major deal.

Property was clean and well managed. Some nibbles with towels, which were very worn. Positives were the fantastic staff in the breakfast restaurant, in particular Tatiani Kuttert, who was pleasant and welcoming. Staff overall were very good. Hotel could do with a gym and maybe a spa.

The only complaint I had was that the bar staff in the lobby bar were not trained. They were all new and it took a long time to get service. Once, I ordered a sav blanc and because they didn't have it, the waitress just swapped my bottle for another type of white wine that was more expensive.

The hotel is within walking distance to 2 metro stations. We took the metro from the airport which was quick and much cheaper than a taxi. The area is quiet and felt safe, with a Aldi next door and plenty of places to grab a coffee and light lunch. The hotel itself is very stylish inside, with a 24hr reception team who are extremely helpful. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable. You get complimentary water, tea, coffee and there is a mini bar which you use but this is charged for. The bathroom was a good size and came with shower gel and shampoo. Also a hairdryer and some more complimentary products you can use. Rooms are cleansed daily unless you don’t want them to. They do have breakfast onsite which is a separate charge. The selection is amazing so would recommend trying it while there. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely be happy to come back.

As an electric wheelchair user, finding an appropriately accessible hotel is often a challenge. The Executive in Picoas is a brilliant hotel. The staff are excellent, couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried (especially a man called Edson), incredibly friendly also. The accessible rooms have level access washrooms, and the hotel room doors are easy opening, meaning they are light and swing open easily, not heavy and immediately closing. Also the food served by the bar is incredible. The only downside is the nearest station isn’t step free, but if you don’t have any accessibility requirements this hotel is definitely one to stay at!

The breakfast each morning was pretty good. Sometimes hard to get a table and we had to either wait 20 minutes or share a table with a stranger. The room was very clean, the lotions and shampoo, et cetera were a nice touch. It was very quiet in the evenings so was easy to get a good sleep :)

I am so happy I stayed at this hotel in Lisbon. I unfortunately broke my ankle during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to help me move around and get things from the pharmacy and hospital. They were so friendly and helped so much in a stressful situation. The rooms were clean and spacious but the people really made my stay.

The team in the hotel was delightful. Everyone was cheerful and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Hotel facilities were excellent and we wanted for nothing. Loved the breakfast and the dining room which was light and airy with great views. No complaints at all.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly but not informative when asked about areas to visit. The hotel is in the center of Lisbon so there is not much to do and is far from tourist areas. The breakfast is not included in the price but is good. When asked for dining options, they say the restaurant was open until 11 pm but didn’t specify that it was only room service after breakfast. The bathtub didn’t drained properly and although we notified the front desk nothing was done.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The physical condition of the room and common areas was great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, which was served in a restaurant with nice views, was delicious and had lots to choose from! We would definitely book this hotel again!
