"Compared to other Sonestas this one is bottle of barrel. We were put in a room and the water in the tub would not go down and the blankets had stains. I requested a move, which they honored, and they were friendly about it, but the new room was not that much better. The water in the tub did go down but the bathroom was disgusting, dust and mildew everywhere. Luckily, I brought my own air freshener, because the room just smells old and wet. Never again."
