"I loved Sonesta. My family and I had 2 rooms, we stayed 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel is very clean and welcoming environment, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, and its central location makes it convenient for exploring various tourist destinations on foot. The check out is at 10:00am, I asked if they could let me stay until 12:00pm in one of the rooms and they were okay. Next time I come to Cusco, I’ll be staying at the same hotel. "

They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony.
