The Hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to the shrine. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great. (You need reservations). Hotel is quiet and room is good size. Quick 5 minute cab from Lourdes train station

This was my second time coming to Lourdes and staying at this lovely hotel. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back.

The facility was ok but could use upgrades. I purchased breakfast because most of businesses were closed at the time of my visit. They had limited selections for breakfast and served spoiled boiled eggs. Their pastries were not fresh.

Nice and well located hotel in the town of Lourdes. It's really close and at walkable distance to the Sanctuary and other attractions. Staff at the lobby was nice, friendly and helpful with suggestions about the city. We were happy to have the option be attended in English/Spanish as our French was not so good. The hotel offers a parking lot for free at about 0.25 miles (~400 meter) away, however, public parking lots are available just in front of the lobby, if the lot is available, for 12 euros/day. In summary, a very recommended option when staying in Lourdes.

While the limited staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful, the property itself was very dated and in desperate need of a renovation. We chose this property based upon reviews on Expedia and it didn’t come close to matching those reviews. I’m sure there is extreme guest turnover based upon its location but that’s no excuse for ownership to neglect the property- stained and musty hallway carpets, stiff-as-a-board mattresses, and cafeteria-like breakfast area with less than tasty food options. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier and the girl in reception went to our room to personally check and make sure that it was ready. They also changed our room to a double room without any additional charge; because apparently I reserved a 2 twin room by mistake. Super nice and friendly! The hotel is perfectly located only 1 street away from the Grotta.

I stayed 3nights here. It was convenient for cycling the Pyrenees. Breakfast was nice and the 3. Course dinners were great. The staff at dinner especially were fantastic.They have a parking garage just down the street-20ms. This hotel is only a 5 min walk to the grotto. Highly recommend.

This was a great stay for us! As a family of 5 it is difficult to find one room that will fit our needs. I loved that this hotel offered a family room option! And the location to walk to the grotto and sanctuary is super close! Highly recommend!

Hotel Padoue is very close to the Cathedral. Nice area and excellent bar service. Be aware that if you are not part of a group your may have to wait for dinner options. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed with AC not working at all completely it was warm thst we have to open windows and with our room facing the streets had too much noise either late or early AM noise and can’t sleep. Toilet stinks of urine not cleaned properly. Limited bathroom amenities only hand soap no shower gel nor shampoo at all no face towels. Towels were old, worn out and discolored.

Walking distance to almost everywhere. Really clean rooms. Great staff! Only complaint is that the water in the showers and sinks would get really hot for a second or two every so often which was a bit unconfortable.

Room is spacious and clean. 3-min walk to the church. Staff was helpful giving directions how to take the bus to the train station. Access to Public bus L5 outside the church gate to/from SNCF train station 7mins ride instead of 19 mins walking.
