Decent for the price
Clean bed and showers which is all you really need. They were doing construction but you couldn't really hear it.
Nothing special but for $35 a night is good enough, clean and comfortable...

Big room with main strip location. There is a restaurant and bar on location. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Only downside was our room was no well ventilated.
Check in was easy and smooth. The room itself was good for the price, clean and comfortable, all I needed for my 1 night stay. It’s well located in the town, just a very short 5 min walk to the train station and bus stop to go up to Machu Picchu.
Clean modern well situated friendly staff restaurant situated down stairs was handy

It is an OK hostel for short stay
If you are looking for cheaper and shorter stay this might fit you. If you are planning for longer stay of 2 or 3 days then you could spend few more bucks and get a better one. Rooms are satisfactory. Outside (public) bathrooms are very dirty, no water, lot of bugs, mosquito's. Staff does not have anybody English speaking, very hard to communicate. Should be a 3 star.

Good value for money
PLUS: Location is great! Breakfast was ok. Room size was good. The hotel kept my luggage free of charge for 5 days when I went to Maccu Picchu.
MINUS: Cuzco can be a cold wet city. Unfortunately, the hotel and rooms were very cold! No heating and that was a major downside. No WIFI in rooms, which meant that there were large numbers of people in the communal areas and this made some nights quite noisy.
