El hotel excelente, ya es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en el y lo volveriamos a repetir, lo unico que cambiaria seria el sistema que tiene para el aire acondicinado, ya que los que estamos acostumbrados a el pasamos un poco de calor

Stayed for two nights. If you are looking for good breakfast and it is major reason for you to pick hotel, this is the one. Best breakfast so far in my trip experience. Room itself was small. We paid for three people and got one doible bed and one twin bed with chip frame. Hotel is not in the middle if city and we had to uber everyday,$20-30 every time we went to downtown to see plaza mayor, prada museum, place, etc. Nothing to see around hotel. I felt like I paid for good breakfast and slept free.

PROS: this hotel is located at a walking distance from Goya street, El Corte Ingles and some good restaurants and cafes. Breakfast buffet was very good, plenty of options including smoked salmon etc. Reception staff was good, helpful when I tried to change rooms. CONS: *I found the rooms at this hotel quite dark, depressing, they are all the same (did not see the executive area), mine was considered exterior had a very small window overlooking a glass roof from the entrance (3d floor). I tried to change rooms and finally I stayed, first because the other rooms were worse and second, I was not planning to spend much time in the room anyway. *Staff breakfast area: some of them quite rude. I left the table unattended while looking for coffee and when I came back the server was removing my plate and cleaning the table. No questions asked. Do I plan to come back to Novotel? Not really.

This hotel is only two blocks away from the WiZink Center if you’re seeing a concert there. I was in town just for one night for a show. My departure time was prior to the restaurant opening for breakfast and when I mentioned while checking in that I’d be checking out very early, the woman at reception kindly offered to have a “picnic bag” prepared and ready for me at 6 am the next day. That was a very gracious touch that makes this stay memorable for me. Thank you, Novotel Madrid Center!

Family stay- amazing hotel
The hotel is fantastic!! All the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely, really modern and clean. We are a family 2x adults and 2x children (boys aged 13 and 14). We are staying in a Standard family room which is brilliant! It’s really spacious and had two single beds for the boys. The hotel is slightly away from the main bits in Madrid but only 20 min walk to Retiro park. 30 mins to Plaza Mayor. The hotel also had 3 metro stations within 5 mins walk. Would fully recommend this hotel to anyone.
