Good location because that’s where the bus stops. Near all the tourist places and commercial area. Good buffet breakfast options. However, for a supposed 5-star hotel, we were expecting more. For example there’s no hair conditioner and they just provided tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash. There is no bath mat in the toilet, you have to walk on the bare toilet and shower floor. Cups, toiletries, slippers, and towels came in 2 sets eventhough we indicated 3 guests during booking. There were no robes provided, which would have been good if you wanna go to the pool. Coffee was Nescafe instant coffee. Local coffee would have been good. Check in was painfully slow.

Close to mall, convenient. However, room interior is old and worn out. Housekeeping not done one day, have to ask them about it. Breakfast fruit everyday the same. Food quality so-so, not much variety, everyday eat the same food. Bed mattress

Speedy check-in at a separate area Club lounge facility exclusively for Expedia members Facilities in rooms for premier suites are in better condition as compared to normal rooms Parking space should be reserved and allocated to premier suite guests on level 3 carpark for convenience Quality of food during breakfast can be improved further TNG cards validation to be valid on entire day basis

I love to stay ! Indeed a excellent hotel . Just a suggestion that the lifts are good to be upgraded as not intelligent enough to serve the guests . Example like many might be waiting but once the lift opened , the others will stop functioning , and if the ascending doors not closed , you cannot press for lift to descend . The rest are pretty satisfied . Good Hotel

The staffs was awesome! They are very nice. The condition of the rooms are disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and waking up with body ache as the bed is sag in the middle. Cleanliness can do better as there is a weird smell coming in to the room.

Big rooms
Starting to look a bit tired, but that's possibly a post-covid thing. It was surprisingly busy. We had a premier room on 20th floor. Great view. Great nights sleep. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Easy walk to jonker area. 2nd time staying here. Good value for money. Rooms are large.
