The wash basin leaks water at the bottom, the toilet light is spoilt and the toilet seat is too close to the wall with little leg room. Reception counter staff is not friendly.

Rooms to improve
Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, but housekeeping and maintenance teams really needs to step up on the cleaning and maintenance. The room floor does not seem be cleaned even before and during my stay, room service dishes/glasses were seen being left along corridors for a couple of days, wall mounted table are on the verge of dropping out and toilet is leaking. Hope these are not too much to expect from a rated 3.5star hotel. Also rather disappointed to only know that there is no laundry service available on site...

Amazing and great service. Just the breakfast menu insufficient.Breakfast alsonot enough at one time. Overall, its good hotel. If you are business traveller, this is the right choice.

Good value for money. Good location. Breakfast was fine although the restaurant was a bit crowded. Thoughtful staff cleaned the car windscreens at its open air carpark in the morning.

Location good with a Hypermart mydin , macdonald Just beside hotel and a nasi kandar restaurant also nearly. Room are comfortable , clean but small in size to the extend if need to eat in the room got to to pull out a mini table attached to the wall No mini fridge. Toilet too cramp especially for big size person . But for the price it’s still comfortable and affordable . Restaurant - the breakfast not much choice of food served

I love the staff service, very friendly and helpful .. The car windshield was cleaned every morning.. The breakfast was absolutely delicious .. However, the room a bit crowded with furniture, not enough space for prayer in the room (Stayed at 1 queen + 1 single beds room)

Unfortunate for the staffs who did their very best to give services to customer. Main issue is with the planning and procedure of the hotel which was not up to standard. The room is small (max of 3 star). The maintenance of the bathroom do seem like being overlook. Having a deluxe room is does not seem to be bigger or better than superior except for having an extra bed in which cause the room to be crowded. Again I pity the staffs who did give excellent service with what at their disposal

My review space does matter
This hotel room is small like a shoebox studio flat, even to shower u cant move bcos it so cramp, i wont go for more than 1 night in this hotel but the staff is well train, they greet u and the very courtesy and the place is clean but room is so small.

The sound proof of the room are terrible, able to hear footsteps noises from upstairs and hallway. Pillow as stiff as rock. Vacuum cleaning early in the morning. Buffet tables are limited and no one seems to bother to clean the dining table after the guest left and long queue just for an omelette and fried won tan.
