"Our 5 year old loved the pool. Great energy there with lots of other kids. Other child based amenities were nice. The buffet was fine. Nothing special. The property overall shows wear and tear. The towels for the rooms were old. The staff was helpful and gracious."

"This hotel is terrible , towel rack broken , toilet clogged, room very dirty, mirror inside the washroom & in the the bedroom as well The Spool water coloured green !!! Im sure its full if algae I was wodering if they passed the Health inspection I came in 15 minutes before check in time & the receptionist dont allowed me to check in so I told her I am hotelier & we allowed early check in even as early as noon if the room is ready No matter how cheap or expensive or STAR of the hotel property cleanliness is the nimber one and the staff This hotel is run down and need renovations."

"I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars or rate this place twice. Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel/resort in Boracay, and I cannot recommend it enough. This trip was especially meaningful because my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and Villa Caemilla made it feel truly unforgettable from beginning to end. Even before arriving, their team was already incredibly attentive and proactive. They reached out to ask if I needed assistance arranging transportation from the airport, which made the entire trip smooth and stress-free from the very beginning (and I highly recommend taking advantage of that service). From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with absolutely anything. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay. The level of service, attentiveness, hospitality, cocktails, and food was simply outstanding and beyond anything we expected. What truly makes this place special is the people. Special thanks to Geline, Aaron, Driggs, Razel, Caloi, Mark, Paul, Samantha, Daniel and R for making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond in every interaction and truly embodied what exceptional customer service should look like. Their level of customer obsession and genuine care is on another level.
