Travel on 14 and checked-out on 16 Jun’19 Room number: 3216 14’Jun - Upon arriving 3pm inside the room discover the hot water not working. - Phone line are dead. - The door latch sliding door broken and unable locked properly and poses real danger especially for kids. - Called for Technician and manage to fix and working but still the water not to moderate temperature (reason there is a loose connectivity). 15’Jun - Next morning again, NO hot water had to call receptionist via mobile since phone line are still dead. - Technician came and have a look and again somehow have repaired finally. - After came back, at evening the freaking hot water are still not working and had to wait for technician again as we are rushing for late evening function with my kids and wife are not freshen-up. - Came back from evening function and another headache Air-Conditioning not cooling enough. - After series and series problem technician came in and out (3216 looks like a party room). - I called your receptionist and phone line transfer to duty manager on shift. He agreed to offer upgrade from Deluxe Room, Balcony to Junior Suite, Balcony which is at middle of the night. - I went and check Junior Suite rooms and apparently both rooms also just started operating and running on 1.0 HP expecting to cool the room. - Typical excuse given by the Manager via the phone call (multiple people are using at the same time) hence causing hot water not working.
