The hotel is okay, it requires some updating and the gym and jacuzzi need some work. The system seems overly complicated and the staff did their best but both the check in and the check out process were painful.

Location Location
The hotel is fine. Perfect location. Other than a great view and a couple chairs, there's nothing happening on the roof. Wifi is weak and inconsistent.

Room and faciiltiies well matained and clean. Staff very friendly... great breakfast and restaurant a relaxed place to hang out. Roof top deck and jacuzz require some upgrade. I would stay again.

Property was clean, but lots of little things added up to it being a little shabby. Could do with a coat of paint, fixtures in the room askew or not screwed into the wall tightly, uncovered power outlet in the lobby, exercise equipment on the roof unplugged and piled in a corner, spotty/unreliable wifi etc etc... Property was clean, safe and adequate, nothing much beyond that.

The Inntu is centrally located in Laureles and allows access to amazing restaurants, shops, food markets, etc. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurant staff are accommodating and helpful.

I never heard a hotel to charge you for a health insurance. When I booked the hotel it said 4 stars, bellman said is 3 stars, when I entered the room I saw: stains on the wall, toilet seat was scratched all over and had a yellowish color, very hard mattress, around the light switch the paint was coming off, hair on the wall, in the bathroom rust by the window, towels look like rags, so I didn’t stay and I was still charges for 4 nights, I paid a lot less for an other hotel that was true 4 stars, nicer and cleaner and well taking care. I tried to get a refund and I got a email saying that my booking is not refundable. I can understand they can charge me for a night but charge me for all 4 days with out staying at all, is ridiculous. I am disappointed with the hotel and Expedia for ripping me off.

Love this hotel
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very attentive and always aware of our needs. We travel with a small child and the staff learned his name and always would say hi to him. The location of the place is very central, with lots of restaurants nearby, supermarket 5 blocks away.

El hotel esta muy bien. Bastante moderno. Sin embargo tuvimos problemas con la ducha de uno de los baños, no nos cambiaron la sabana en toda nuestra estadia, teniamos que llamar por las toallas y lo peor de todo es que aun diciendole que la persona de limpieza que usamos la copa no la lavo correctamente. El desayuno no es la gran cosa, sencillo y siempre lo mismo.
