This hotel is attached to a premier shopping Mall. El Tesoro. Lots of high end shopping and good restaurants. It does get a little crowded on weekend nights. The other city landmarks are about a 30 minute cab right through the city and with traffic. Otherwise like most other reviews of Medellin the city is marvelous. The hotel is great

This property was terrible, they charged me additional charges and did not explain what the charges were. And they charge you a checking in fee which is unheard of, just be careful if you’re an American because they will try and finesse you.

The staff was excellent and very informative. The Novotel was a really nice hotel but the staff made our stay extra special with the caring welcome and hospitality during our stay there. I would definitely be staying here again the next time I come to Medellin, Colombia.

The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area of Medellín with easy access to key attractions. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The stunning views of the city from my room added an extra touch of delight to my experience. What truly set this hotel apart was the stellar service provided by Supervisor Juan and his team. Juan’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests shone through in every interaction. Whether it was ensuring that all my needs were met promptly, providing valuable recommendations for local dining and attractions, or simply greeting me with a warm smile each day, Juan’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay.
