Good Location 2 min walk to tram stop, and free trams in the CBD. We stayed on the 13th Floor so above the surrounding office buildings. Rooms were clean and nice. TV was a little small. Some of the bathroom ares showing age but everything worked.

There seemed to be no staff training or accountability. Every issue was unreported and/ or ignored. Everywhere you looked there were problems to be addressed but no-one seemed to care

The room was fantastic on the first day, but upon returning for the second day, we found our beds unmade and no fresh towels provided. When inquired, we were informed it wasn't included in our package, which was quite surprising and disappointing.

I loved this property for many reasons, the staff were amazing and so polite, the room was beautiful, and it was clean and affordable. I would stay here again for sure, and likely will. I did find the bed uncomfortable and hard and the partition down the middle was uneven. I will likely go for a queen bed if I stay again rather than the king. I did order room service and was looking forward to that but in all honesty it wasn't very good and so I ordered uber eats the rest of my stay. There were some crumbs and dust inside some of the cupboards but it was easily overlooked I'm guessing. Overall I still think this is one of the nicest places I've stayed in this price range.

Easy stay. The good thing is can cook your own with complete utensils, pots etc. but just inconvenient for the smokers, should have a smoking area or open balcony and not on the street.

The hotel was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for the three of us (one adult and two children). We were very happy with the pool which was well maintained and the perfect temperature.

Served our purpose
Hotel was fine for our needs. We had a large , room with a kitchen, lounge and a separate bedroom which was great. The furniture was a bit dated and the bathroom could have done with an upgrade. Breakfast was great. We had a good view towards the river with the buildings lit up for Christmas.

Not worth it. Stay somewhere else.
The hotel "upgraded" our two bedroom apartment to two studios with an interconnecting door. I would have preferred to have gotten what I paid for. The toilet in one bathroom was running nonstop so we had to turn the tap off at the wall. Both showers dripped constantly. The airconditioning unit was very close to our rooms and was incredibly noisy. It woke our kids 4 times throughout the night. All in all a below average stay.
