Very nice location. We had a couple of issues. When addressed house keeping had left but they compensate with a free breakfast which we found acceptable compared to their option at the time of the day when addressed.

Fancy car lift parking. Watched Tennis Aust Opens was very close to all amenities and had very helpful staff.

The hotel itself is in a great location, however the rooms need some TLC. No air conditioning in the bedrooms just a fan which is louder then an A380 taking off. Furnishings are old dated and stained. Layout of 2 bedroom apartment was really odd and off putting.

Great stay, had all facilities including laundry & kitchen, clean, efficient. We highly recommend because of location…..over road from Skydeck and very close walk to Flinders St Station!

The position of this property is great. Two minutes walk to a bridge that takes you straight into the heart of Melbourne. Lots of restaurants and bars along the river. We were upgraded to a two bedroom which I think had just been renovated, it was very nice although the bedrooms are a little tight. We stayed with a large group of people and many of us had problems with our key cards having to be re programmed which got got very boring when you’re on the 37th floor. I’m assuming that was a temporary problem though. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Property was nice. Enough to be comfortable. Service from one staff member at the front desk was little more than a few grunts and zero conversation or greeting, didnt seem to be happy to see us at all.

Enjoyed a one night stay in September '23. Huge room, comfortable bed, very clean. Reception staff were very pleasant to deal with. They checked us in quickly. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Easy check in, Southbank promenade 5 min walk, good view of city, close to everything.. train station, bars, restaurants, sports grounds. Small issues with room: aircon remote had no battery, didn’t concern us but for someone staying longer or in summer would be an issue. The blind cord was slipping so we couldn’t get one blind up properly & rooms smelt of cigarette smoke, assuming from residents smoking on balconies or their rooms.

Booked on behalf of my mother-in-law and father-in-law for a weding in the city. Mother-in-law is a very clean person and appreciated rooms cleanliness and softness of the bed. Both liked the ability to get fresh air by opening a window or sliding door.

Great position near Southbank and Crown Complex. Easy checkin, very polite front desk staff, very clean, spacious suites, couldn't fault anything, we often stay in the city for our girls weekend away, we'll definitely be back
