location is good, staff are nice. rooms are run down and have the cheap paint over everything smell, the phone in room didnt work at all and they told us monday they would fix 2 days after our departure, and he door safety lock was broken the maintenance guy said its fine it still locks ppl out. the breakfast was great and pool was nice and clean. shuckers bar and grill had great food as well next door. not a family getaway spot but it did its job for our layover nights.

The airport shuttle was excellent! Close to the airport is why I chose this hotel. The 9th floor dining was nice on site but a bit overpriced. The cafe in the lobby is a good option for more food options, budget friendly.

The ocean view is beautiful. Quiet at night, nice bedding, housekeeping every day. Clean pool, could never find the pool towels though...Parking was advertised as $10 per day. I was actually charged $15 per day

Had an excellent stay for Miami music week. Perfect location and great staff and dining. Loved breakfast in the morning and the ocean view of the bay. Wife and I will return for sure.

We had a good stay. I would recommend if you are planning on doing a lot outside of the hotel. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Minor issues that weren’t an inconvenience to us like the AC dripping water from the vent, we resolved with placing a bucket underneath. The bathroom door was hard to shut close and the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on unless you hit the button three times. Buffet hot breakfast was great with a lot of options. Pool was clean. View was nice with the bay and marina. You can tell the hotel rooms are outdated but very clean and that is more important. Staff were very nice. Large parking lot that was always empty which was great since we were getting back to the hotel late. Like all of Florida, a car is needed to get around. The area East of the hotel towards the beach is good but you don’t want to go West inland! Unless, you’re just driving through. There was a Benihana restaurant walkable distance! Overall, 8/10

Great friendly staff. Victor took good care of us at breakfast. Shuckers has amazing views and good food. Fish dip is yummy! Expensive drinks

They put us on the first floor, the carpet was so dirty in the hallway way, it’s a great place to stay especially how its so rounded by the beach and shuckers restaurant, would stay again if the clean the place, another problem I had, our trip was already booked and paid for but the still wanted a deposit which makes no sense,

My experience there was great!! There’s restaurants and bars that are walking distance from the hotel so I didn’t have to travel far for food or drinks. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel whenever I’m in Miami.

Pretty dingy, empty water coolers so you couldn’t refill a bottle or get a drink, musty rooms. Beautiful view of the bay, hotel could use a refurbishment and staff could be better at making sure there is access to water in the lobby 3/5 stars

Located on Biscayne Bay so you get the view of the water, with a bar that overlooks it. Quiet rooms because it is a bit older and they made them pretty solid back then. Well cared for property. Bar food is ok, fine, drinks are great. Would return as its an easy Uber ride to most places.

Needs real refurbishing. They have basically just given an old facility a face lift with new paint. No coffee for the morning other than the small in room maker. The lobby had a machine that was out of order. Mold on curtains in the room. Stayed one night to catch a cruise ship in the morning, so basically just a place to sleep. Restaurant next door had great food but some of the servers were not.

We absolutely loved our stay. I had surgery nearby and this location to recover at was perfect. The staff was amazing. The bar/restaurant location on the water with rhe views was healing. I just wish they had breakfast during the week. However you can walk to a few places nearby.

Older hotel. Nice view of the marina. Wasn’t overly impressed with the cleanliness of the room. We went to get in bed and clearly the sheets hadn’t been changed as there was long black hair in the bed. Went to the front desk and they sent new sheets to our room promptly so we could change them ourselves. Problem solved, but still not ideal!
