We paid for triple bed and endup getting double bef with extra mattress on floor. Staff was rude and threatening us to cancel our reservation. This hotel is located in worst area (cleanliness wise).I will never book my trips with expedia.

The property is a floor hotel. The building has 3 other hotels in the same building. The breakfast is just 2 roasts and lukewarm tea. The bathroom drains were getting clogged. There was no chair in the room. The room size and bed were good. The most repulsive sight is the front of the building. It is littered with dirt. There are no dustbins and there is no cleaning of the roads undertaken by the civic body also.

I stayed in bkc garden hotel for 1 night it's very good hotel, room was enough specious, bathroom was clean ,,staff is very friendly, management is too good, only thing is , surround area is full of garage ..rest every thing is good...USA consulate n fingerprin venue just lockated by 15 mint walk ..this is the best property of value for money

Strictly for US Visa Interview
Hotel is suitable only because of its proximity to US Consulate General. Hotel is about 1 km far from consulate and rickshawala charge you Rs 30 per person. Hotel room is ok with but surrounsding area around hotel is pathetic.

I beg everyone to not go to this hotel or even BKC grand, or even BKC palace..... They are lying about these pictures of room and area..... These hotels are in the middle of the really dirty and stinky slump... There is mountains of garbage and scary dirty locality around hotel.... Inside is even worse.... U can't be human if u survive a night here and give even 1 star.... Expedia should ban these garbage hotels...

KBC garden stay review
Even though it is located in BKC, this hotel area is very bad, no proper access, rooms are not maintained, lift is bad, out side the room people talk very loudly and over head some work going on so could not sleep.

It's a OK property.
Pictures on your website are very deceiving. Rooms we were given 716 and 718 were not very up to date. Water was leaking in the Rest Room, Toilet paper was missing, Bed Sheets were missing as we had only bottom sheet to cover the bed had to request towels.

It was a terrible experience. The condion and amenities a the property were hopeless. The blankets, bedsheets and pillow covers were untidy with ugly stains. There were bugs all around on the bed. Management did not even bother to clean them. They sounded irresponsible and arrogent. If there was a lower rating than terrible, I would have selected it without a second thought. I'm very upset with this trip.
