Hotel was good but the experience was bad
I am absolutely NOT HAPPY with the way this experience turned out. I booked at Expedia... which booked with an aggregator Oyo Rooms and then Oyo room to this hotel. I called at oyo they didn’t have any confirmation and the same is at the hotel. All this after paying in advance. And lastly I could check in at 3 am in the morning after waiting for 2 hours of follow up. Infact I offered to pay cash to check in since it was so tiring to wait. Even when I checked in there was no mail confirmation had come to the hotel.
