I was very unlucky and unfortunate to get the most rude person in the last 20 countries i visited. The bus driver at 0415 am 26/02/2024, to the airport. He smokes in the bus but really terribly refused to take me to the terminal and dropped me off on a random street FAR away from my terminal. I had to run, not knowing where to go. All because the bus driver stopped to talk to a colleague bus driver and I NICELY ask him to please keep going that I needed to take a plane. And he started yelling.. this is a cr**y person! Who should not be driving busses

The place is great, but even better the customer service! Alici was super professional, polite, nice, thorough and willing to help!! Honestly the best customer service I've seen in Germany in 3 months Thanks Alice! I will go back there every time I fly to Munich

One over night before early flight. Shuttle Bus available we used a taxi. Because of accessibility, only cost five Euros more. No wake up call service. So don’t forget to set your alarm clock.

The morning manager was wonderful and he was very helpful. The evening help-the woman working the reception was not nearly as nice as the manager in the morning. Not did she seem as eager to help us.
