Cheap price - decent stay
Cheap is as cheap does. It's right downtown in a good location and doesn't break the bank. You get a bed, sink, tv, and a closet. Bathrooms are shared, but are clean. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep within a 5-10 minute walk of Times Square, this might be for you.

Rooms do not have en-suite showers, bed was really bad, and windows didn't keep out any sound. Needed earplugs to sleep. The staff, however, were very helpful and available 24 hours.

The overall noise on the floor I stayed on. The room was too small. Felt like a jail cell and had to share bathrooms which I wasn't aware of until I got there. Location is great.

The room was very small but clean. The bathroom was public and down the hall where you had to shower, go, and brush your teeth; however the door could not be secured. I paid for 2 nights but stayed only one. I accepted the loss. For the nearly $400 it was not worth it.

Some if the staff is nice, the bathrooms are communal and not the cleanest. The elevators are slow and terrible. The area is also not safe after dark for women. Very dark and creepy. The rooms are small and mine was not properly cleaned. Expedia didn’t mention a $125 deposit fee only resort, so don’t allow them to charge your card for $125!!

please god never stay here ever
the room was incredibly uncomfortable to be in for long periods of time, definitely wouldn’t recommend it for more than one person no matter what they say the capacity is. the window is super thin so you can hear everything outside, as well as the walls being so think you can hear every door slam every second. the shared bathroom situation was a nightmare, and i’m pretty sure some random person decided to just sleep in there overnight so i couldn’t use it. i was too disgusted to do anything but pee and run out as fast as i could, there was also no soap in the bathroom and it was never cleaned ever. the elevator was tiny and very scary, thought it would break at any moment. definitely got tricked by the nice lobby into believing it was a nice establishment and then quickly realized it was a nightmare. make this your last resort for staying in the city.

Lots of misleading Advertising for this "Hotel" It should be listed as a hostel. Not all the rooms have their own bathroom, and this is not mentioned on the site. They also don't mention that there is an additional 15$/day service fee that is charged upon arrival. They also advertise that they have a Kitchen but its legitimately a closet with a mini fridge and microwave, they have hot plates but no pans or utensils for use, there for there is no kitchen, the beds are very uncomfortable and need new framing, room was quite small with a sink this should not be advertised as a hotel but better yet a hostel with minimal amenities.

Great location/service for a touristy nyc stay
I was pleasantly surprised by this place! We went to NYC for 5 nights and booked two rooms here because of the location and good price. I didn’t know the bathrooms were shared until we got there but it actually wasn’t an issue for us. The bathrooms are still individual whole bathrooms which is way better than stall like showers or bathroom stalls like in hostels. The rooms were fine. The location was perfect! We saw two broadway plays and went to a comedy show at the palladium and could easily walk to all of this and the great restaurants near by. All of the staff were very nice and they even held our bags at the end of the stay since we had a few hours after check out before we needed to board trains. It was very loud on the street but you can expect that from NYC so we all got ear plugs and they worked like a charm. Great place for a quick no frills touristy stay in nyc.

I don’t know how I missed it, but I didn’t realize I’d have to share a bathroom with other people and he room was so tiny. I stayed there long enough to find another hotel and walk out. Unfortunately, I had already paid through Hotels.com so I couldn’t get any money back.

A couple of the door locks and windows had issues, but Yanni (I hope I’m spelling his name right) was working nights at the front desk and was incredibly helpful! Terrific location. It’s something between a hostel and a full hotel and if you understand the experience you’re in for, it’s the best deal you can get to stay in such a prime location.

Best Deal for the Price
Searched diligently online for 6 weeks. Best deal for the price. Minutes walk from Times Square. Small room good enough for a single. Multiple shared baths per floor, so no waiting. Everything clean and in order. Free coffee, tea, bagels/mini muffins each morning.
