Clean room,Old carpets and overall property needs a “facelift”. Plumbing issues as well

The staff was very friendly and nice. The only thing in reference to our room was the carpet you would want to wear something on your feet. Needs to be replaced.

The customer service, from the front desk to the bellhop, was excellent. I’ve stayed in many other hotels in Times Square that may have had better amenities, but the location of this hotel and friendliness of the staff made our stay outstanding. Rooms are a good size, but the bathroom is a bit small. However, if you’re not planning on staying in the hotel that much - and why would you when you’re in NYC - this is a great place to stay!
