This is a nice location on the water with a view of providence city. Very nice accommodations. Clean and Conveniently located to city.

This was our second stay at this property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was uneventful. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the view of the Harbor was great. Three items that made the experience a bit disappointing this time: breakfast is charged and it appears to have variable rates from day to day; parking is charged not free; our room fridge was so high in its temp regulation that it exploded our drinks. Not sure why a ticket is required when arriving for parking since at checkout it seems to make no difference. I think that a discounted parking would have been great since our drinks got ruined. Did alert staff upon checking out.

The property and the staff was very nice and clean it was located in a very rural area close to everything so overall it was a good experience

Its a very nice hotel, but at 250/night the continental breakfast shouldn't cost $15/person.

The front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was horrible and not worth $18. The hostess at the restaurant was angry at an earlier customer. She was swearing and complaining about the customer to the other employees. She was doing this in front of us and the other people eating breakfast. Also hate the gated parking lot and the fact that parking is not free.

We needed a place to stay during an urgent home plumbing situation. The Hilton Garden Inn was perfect for this. We particularly loved the bathroom: airy, understated. We would definitely recommend THGI to friends and family!

I would stay here again.
Hotel is clean and updated. Room had an odd noise throughout our stay. The location was great. Near gas stations and coffee. Pretty area to walk around. The breakfast staff wasn’t clear about the breakfast pricing and we were charged $20 pp. They had a sign to the right of the restaurant- closer to the registration desk that made it even more difficult to associate what that pricing was. Make sure you ask before you pick your breakfast options.

Unfortunately we were put into a room next to the laundry room where the headboard of the bed was on the wall next to the large washers and dryers - we were told that the laundry was going to be fine soon but it round startup again in the morning - we convinced them to startup at 9am but unfortunately they began at 845am - no attempts to offer any compensation except for the late laundry start which did not happen -

Terrible hotel
Dumpy hotel in an industrial area. Cannot walk to any local attractions, must take Uber. Hotel room small, sink wouldn’t drain, shower pressure bad- water barely comes out. View from rooms is of parking lot. Terrible hotel and value for 475$ a night. Can’t believe Hilton puts their name on this.

The first room i was given had a horrible smell, like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. I was immediately given a new room however. I appreciate that you are asked at check-in if you'll need cleaning service. It was nice to have the option of hot breakfast. We did have dinner on the night of check-in and the service and food were subpar. Perhaps it had been a ling day for the server but she seemed bothered by having to wait on us.

The property had a beautiful park on the water across the street! The bartender was amazing and helped give us some tips around town. Rooms are dated. Carpet is disgusting. Also the breakfast was an additional $15.96 for burnt eggs. I would recommend leaving the property for breakfast or utilizing the diy waffle maker!

I was extremely outraged for the $150 hold on my credit card for a one night stay because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) If I had booked directly through the Hilton it would’ve been their standard $25/night hold. That is completely outrageous to hold $150 and have to wait 3-5 business days to get that $150 credited to my card. The only redeeming factor was the front desk staff was more than friendly and pleasant listening to my complaint and accommodated my request for a first floor room.
