You messed everything up on your end. The comfort inn wouldn’t let me stay even with showing confirmation. This is unacceptable and I am very disappointed in the customer service of Expedia. I would like Expedia to refund my money because I was not allowed to stay at the comfort inn where I was booked to stay.

Very clean, went during the week so was quiet. Only noise was hearing doors occasionally slam shut. Staff was friendly and accomodating. A bit inconvenient that there was no elevator but we got over it. Over all, had a nice stay, price was good.

While front desk staff helpful, my nose has not stop running, itching from these dirty, nasty, old carpets. I truly read wrong review, as I thought this was a nice hotel, it’s an old dirty dump. Parking lot a rock pile.

I did discover about a years worth of thick dustbunnys and diapers behind the couch. Some staff were barely welcoming.

Worst hotel experience ever.
Full marks for being green. No energy was expended to clean the room, to wash the towels and linens. Filthy room no replacement of coffee towels soaps etc. property was in shambles. Will not return.

I had a nice stay at the Comfort Inn, although it’s location was not very convenient for my needs. The staff were helpful and friendly. It would be an excellent stop over for someone with a car because its so close to the QEW. Despite that, my stay was calm and quiet.

I had a 1 night stay in order to attend a wedding in the area. Room was clean and comfy, too bad therebwas no breakfast avaialble i think restaurant is being renovated

The comforter on the beds were stained, when I called front desk no one answered. We found we were itchy when we were laying in the bed, also the pillow smelled a bit like smoke. I was not very satisfied with the amount I paid for this room. Also when I showered in the morning, there was a couple hairs in the shower.

We stayed two nights but the room was not cleaned. The handle on the toilet broke off (cheap). The TV was small and analog. Carpeting cheap. No amenities at the hotel. Free coffee tasted vile, undrinkable. The location was out of the way. Overall, not great and overpriced.

Have stayed here several times, always with excellent service and good value. As far as I can tell, the pet-friendly rooms are just as clean as the non-pet rooms. Air was pretty stale upon first entering our room, this time. First floor sliding patio doors could use screens.

Twenty-minute commute to the Shaw Festival
Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The room was clean and nice. It was a little stuffy when we entered, but the air conditioner got that under control. The toilet was small and low, a little hard to use. The main complaint was an unexpected $300 deposit required on my debit card. This was refunded the day after we left, but it made it really tight on our source of Canadian travel money during our stay.
