Great stay at a nice warm convenient place
Great place at a reasonable price with great communication from Niseko WOW team who offered help with shuttle from the bus, to the train and helping with deliveries. The place itself is warm and great to wind down after a good day of ski. You can put your ski boots and walk up to the bottom of the "family" slope (closer than "the base") to start your skiing day. Seicomart and Hirafu188 at a walkable distance to get some groceries.

Staff were great and the place was very nice for the price tag. In an expensive town it was nice to have our own kitchen. Some previous reviews have complained about the restroom, our group had no problem with the set-up. Couches could use an upgrade but otherwise no complaints

Really nice apartment for the price.
This group of 4 apartments is in a great location and is very good value for Niseko. It has everything you need including good ski storage. Only a 5 minute walk (in ski boots) from the Family Pair ski lift (definitely the closest and easiest to get to. Don't do what we did and walk up to the base station on the first day). There is a ticket office at the Family lift and you simply walk straight along the road next to the apartment building, crossing the road at the end, walk down that road about 15 metres to a path between two hotels and you're there. Some nights were a bit noisy with some major bars across the road but we were there in spring and had some windows open. If you have all the windows closed then this probably isn't a problem. The upside is that it's close to everything.
