"The hotel is very nice. The staff are very nice and helpful with information. Anil was great with checking in process! Sole is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants in the area. Overlooks ocean and intercostals. We were there for a week and enjoyed every minute. The hotel's amenities are good, with steam room, sauna, gym and gourmet restaurant ( BALEENkitchen) and easily assessable beach. While its cleanliness and the staff's attentive service garner praise, I would like to give a special thank to Juan Carlos, the manager! He made sure we would have the best time and upgraded our room! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful retreat, location,and great service!!!!"

"Private beach and multiple pools were great. Need umbrellas at pool. Umbrellas should be included in resort fee not 30 dollars a day. Prices are steep for food and drinks. A bottle of water should not cost $9. Overall resort is beautiful with great views and staff were polite and helpful."
