"The hotel is well located near a big shopping mall and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. But most importantly they texted me when I was on my way to the airport because I had forgotten my wallet in the hotel room 🙏🙏!. I had no idea I had forgotten my wallet with all my important documents and cards. Everything was in my wallet and because of their great service I managed to get my flight on time. Thank you so much for your service and honesty ❤️"

"We used it for convenience for a flight - so could put up with inevitable tannoy announcements & early/late night corridor noises - location for check-in VERY convenient. Breakfast selection ok. Food options in airport - so also convenient "

"The staff from the second we arrived to when we left were all amazing! They helped unload our bags and get them to the room, check in was so quick and they helped us with express laundry as we had to left the following day! The restaurant staff had amazing suggestions for breakfast and gave us many samples of local Indonesian dishes we could try! If we come back to Medan, this will be the definite place we will plan to stay at! Thanks for the great stay! "
