There was an internal door in the room that gave access to the room next door, which made it possible to hear clearly what was happening on the other side of the wall. I don't recommend it if you want a quiet night's sleep. Other than that, the hotel staff was very friendly.

Great value old-style hotel rooms, really comfortable bed with modern ensuite, comes with Netflix and is close to heart of Launceston.

Sporties has everything you need at a great price, a private bathroom, your own room with a fan, a TV and a fridge. Geoff, who runs Sporties, is a great guy who is friendly, helpful and extremely kind. He allowed me to check in early so I wouldn't have to carry my bags around and sent me a precious photo I accidentally left when I had to leave early for a day trip. Thank you Geoff !

Nice enough, streetlights shining through the shades and reflecting on the mirror kept the room bright at night. People trying to get through the connecting doors several times. Still a nice place.
