The staff at Tijili are kind and helpful. Our room was very clean but there was a lot of construction throughout the hotel and the view out the back was not great (a dirt parking lot). The breakfast was very mediocre. We also did not really enjoy this area of Nusa Dua and the beach is dirty, but neither of those things are the hotel’s fault! The hotel was nice for the cost and, again, very clean!

Staff was great. Common areas were great and as clean as it could be. However the rooms were not as expected. The pictures were a lot better then what it actually is.

Great place for a family. We were 2 women travelling. Did not spend the day at the hotel as we were at a conference. Looks busy during the day. Beachside 1 minute walk. Allocated area on sand for hotel. Shower needed repair, hand held was very low. No gluten free or dietary options for breakfast. Dinner we were able to modify meals to gluten free. Walking distance to many restaurants, not many ATMs, get cash when you can. Many Indomarts etc for water. Great local place across road for fresh fruit. Stayed on level 2, room above us very noisy, usually the chair dragging the floor. Heavy doors needed to be slammed shut to close, so noisy. Overall a nice place and would come here again but not booking breakfast.

Ac kamar sering mati dan pelayanan lambat
Saat kami menginap di tjili entah kenapa 2malam tsb AC selalu mati dimalam hari dan ketika kami complain telp itu room service lama sekali datangnya. Kamar memang bersih terutama toilet tapi pelayanannya lambat dan saat mau cek out anak kami menunggu di lobby tanpa diberitahu sudah selesai pengecekan ato belum. Sampai ayahnya menghampiri ternyata sudah lama pengecekan tsb selesai tanpa diberitahukan kpd anak kami yg menunggu di lobby

A very nice hotel with beautiful grounds and pools. The restaurant was excellent and the service was very good. My only complaint is that on windy nights the balcony door and adjoining doors rattled loudly and kept us awake.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The photo on the left is falsely represented. this hotel is cramped, the safe box is removable, the balcony does not even fit one chair in it. It was so bad we left and I have never done that before. It was like staying in a block of flats. To have a 9.2 rating displayed on their reception is deceptive and an insult. Someone has been telling lies. I am annoyed that I cannot get a refund as this was not what we paid for.

Friendly staff..they rent bycicles on property. Nice pools. Room was a little small but we were hardly in it. Amazing breakfast at the beach restaurant.

Reasonable hotel for price, however let down by poor standards of cleaning throughout the hotel. I found 3 dead spiders in my room on arrival as well as hair in the bathroom and a plug hole giving out an unpleasant odour when you showered. Pool was too cold throughout our stay to use and the kiddies pool was mouldy and had water jets that were too strong for my 7 year old. Breakfast was the same each day pretty much. This hotel is in Benoa so the beach is used a lot by the watersport companies, and is good 30 minute walk from Waterblow. Would suggest looking in Nusa Dua itself for a better family hotel. Not totally disappointed but would have preferred to be nearer to Nusa Dua and have a warmer pool and cleaner room.

Lovely stay
The stay was fantastic overall. Only constructive feedback that I can offer is that groups sharing the hotel could have been better handled. Noise levels and groups arriving at breakfast at the same time made it difficult for other hotel guests. Staff were very accommodating and the property is very well maintained. Asking for recommendations for local restaurants though proved unsuccessful. Staff could have better local knowledge in order to make recommendations. That being said, we got out bearings in the end and found some great places to eat.

Good value for money on Nusa Dua
We traveled 3 adults and 2 babies, so got connecting rooms. The rooms are spacious and nice, with a "beach vibe" and artsy decoration. We enjoyed having the beach in the hotel and the nice pool area. Breakfast was good, with western and asian options. Also food at the hotel was tasty and affordable prices. Our only low point was the cleaning of the rooms that was a lottery. Some days they would forget to take the garbage, or the mop would smell bad, or the bedsheets looked yellow. In general, it is good value for the money in the Nusa Dua area. Quiet, with beach, breakfast included, nearby supermarkets, etc.

A good basic hotel but with all that you need. Probably one of the few hotels where you can have your breakfast virtually on the beach, looking out over the sea, and the breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly and rooms clean. More a family hotel but, as a couple we still enjoyed our stay. Not for those that want ultra modern as the styling is quite different and "funky".

we enjoyed our time at Tijili; only downside is the heavy, motorized sports activities (speed boats, jet skis) happening right in front of the beach. If you are looking for a quiet beach to do some off-beach snorkeling, this will not do Food, room, staff all very good, loved the breakfast,

Perfect beachfront resort for a few lazy days
We loved the fun and refreshing vibe at the resort! It was clean, service was friendly and responsive, and the ambience was perfect for a relaxing few days. We especially liked the bamboo restaurant - even though the food was nothing to shout about, the ambience was chill and romantic. At low tide, we could wade into the sea which had very clear waters and enjoyed the schools of little fish swimming about us. Our only grouse was the many tourists from China, adding to the noise levels. But other than that, our stay was perfect and we’d highly recommend it!

Highest ratings but lacking, still recommended
Designed in a contemporary, updated American 1960’s retro mode, the hotel is very attractive, comfortable and well maintained but lacking any traditional local warmth. Breakfast is served in an area designed as a beach bar with insufficient capacity for even off-season occupancy, guests hovering closely behind seated guests waiting for anticipated departure.

Hotel ok .Cleaning of certain areas was not great . Slow when you request something . Breakfast was not well presented and kept running out of food. Adult pool upstairs area needed to be better decorated with plants to make it a more inviting area .

The area was fine and close to all beach and water
The hotel room was too small for 3. We arrived and only had setting for 2 there was 3 of us. The bathroom exhaust did not work and was not repaired although requested. The bar fridge was finally filled after 2 days and even then it did not chill drinks. Almost slipped in the pool area on the lower deck due to the tiles being too slippery. They kept running out of things at breakfast time. The bathroom door knob fell off.

A very enjoyable stay.
The hotel is 6 miners old, 2 swimming pools, beautiful ground and lovely staff. Right on the beach at Nusa Dua. Food on the Warnings Bamboo was good but the food on the main restaurant was lacking in CAE and preparation. Overall great experience and good value for money in an area that is one of the priciest in Bali.

Excellent last minute choice for us
Newly opened excellent value for money at the time it was a quiet period in the hotel and island. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the beach bar made our staff special

Nusa Dua awesome!
We would recommend Tijili Benoa to anyone who enjoys value from their hotels. The Staff was always friendly and attentive, and the facilities were top notch. For the price, you get accommodations that are at the beach, and shopping, dining very close by. If you choose to eat at the restaurant or order room service, the food is most enjoyable and value priced. I can't wait for a return trip to stay here!!!
