Had a 1 night stay here at this hotel. Room is small but it serve its purpose. Since it is only for 1 night. It is all good. If you have more than 1 big luggage (28" or bigger) you may have to spend sometime planning on how you gonna place your luggage when you enter the room..

Rooms needs sound proofing
Nice and clean. The staff can be friendlier. But you can hear cars from the highway on our 6th floor room which disturbs our sleep every night.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff. Was not easy to find the hotel, but once you are familiar with the routes, it's just less than 10-min walk from metro stations.

Overall excellent. However the room for 4 was fairly small. Notwithstanding, we could not complain given the price. The staff was friendly and hotel was extremely clean. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and 5 mins walk from Hommachi subway line.

A newer, simple, and clean hotel in Osaka. The beds were comfortable with heavy pillows and blankets. If you're staying two days or more, put the "yes" magnet on your door for cleaning. The staff provided ample towels and toothbrushes hanging on your door if you did not request cleaning. My only gripe is that the AC unit wasn't working due to the property turning it off, but the staff brought an electric fan as a solution. (AC was needed in my case since there were three bodies in the room and it got warm.) The restaurant looked nice and had a nice selection however I opted for the convenience stores and restaurants close-by. The nearest train station (Hommachi) is about a 5-8 minute walk and is close to Dotombori.

Comfortable & Stylish Stay
We had a fantastic stay at hotel androoms Osaka. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and always had a smile on their face. The rooms were modern, stylish, and clean and provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The lobby and bar area was very spacious and comfortable. We tried lots of local Japanese wines at the bar and enjoyed our time spent there. Our only request would be to add a western breakfast option as we were looking for something different than what was on offer. This meant we had to go out of the hotel to source breakfast when it would have been nice to enjoy in the hotel. A coffee machine that can make latte, etc. would also be great. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but the menu looked great. The hotel was well located to the metro and lots of restaurants and cafes and very quiet at night. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

hotel androoms was a great hotel when we based ourselves in Osaka. Loved it for: -Laundry room, reception will also hold your laundry if you cannot pick it up in time -Clean and aesthetic rooms. They are very homely and I loved the format, which gave great sitting/table space to rest in. It is a great use of the typically small space in Japan hotels -<5 min walk from Hommachi Stn (including the accessible elevator exit 2). Conveniently on Midosuji line and close to popular tourist areas such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi -Staff were all kind and lovely, and the hotel is very comfortable and welcoming Only negative is that it is unlikely you will get a window room with natural sunlight, so that may bother you if you spend a lot of time indoors/think natural light is important in your hotel room. Overall really loved my stay here, cannot recommend enough if you want to stay in Osaka. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent & strongly recommended
Hotel is small but we are happy with it. Rooms are very comfortable & clean. Service is excellent. The only setback is you need to walk 10 mins to the train station. There is a very nice small restaurant at the side of the hotel which sells great sashimi.

The front line staff. They are so helpful and polite. Ms Zhang from Taiwan, Yamaguchi san from Japan and Cosomi san from Italy, a lady from Malaysia .... and many others.... always wearing a smile and offer assistance. The place is very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Affordable price for great sleeping experience! Room is clean and organized, there was always staffs can communicate with us in English and they are polite and helpful. The breakfast meals are delicious and nutritious too :)

Androins Hotel in Osaka
No frills hotel and generally clean and comfortable. The rooms are considered big for Japan’s standards. The restaurant was closed on one day and it will be great if we have cable channels.

The hotel is in a good location - we walked from Osaka station, a quick cab ride to Dotonbori, walkable to the National Museum of Art and the Ceramics Museum, as well as some cool shops and bars. The room was spacious and spotless. Our only issue was the cafe in the lobby was closed Sundays and Mondays (the days we were there!)

Clean, neat and tidy
The location is quite off the central and same as other travellers said it is a little bit difficult to locate but it is ok once the hotel identified. If you look for some quiet place to stay, it will be good and there are quite a number of 7-11 and Familymart near by, also many local restaurants around that area, but most of them closed at night. The toilet is smelly but it gets better once the ventilation is on. We booked a larger room but don’t expect the size is very big, still managed to have two luggages opened in the room. Overall stay is ok with this price.

Luggage storage could be better - it seemed a bit unsafe for our suitcases to be left at the lobby when we thought they would be wheeled into a room. Generally nice and clean hotel except for the sheets which were a bit dusty. Room for 4 was a bit too small for any comfortable movement. There was no cupboard as well. However, the receptionist was very helpful when we called a cab to get to Shin-Osaka Station.

Nice new hotel.
About 5 mins walk to subway but is not near to shopping area. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel for the price.
