"The beds are hard! Felt like you were sleeping on boards. We paid more for this hotel thinking it was going to be nice, comfortable, welcoming. My aunt decided to get a room here too (we came to relax after a funeral) she is handicapped. One handicap spot for the whole hotel. She told them if she knew that she would have gone somewhere else. The guy just rolled his eyes."
