The staff at the property were extremely helpful and welcoming. Also the food and beverage on offer were just fantastic. The hotel was absolutlet spotlessly clean and the setting overlooking mount fuji just takes your breath away. Well worth the visit and the styling on the hotel around motor sport is most definitely worth seeing.

This was the best stay ive ever had. Everything was perfect. I must compliment the front desk staff above all who were extremely accommodating and the service was incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and cannot wait to come back. Has a Motorsports enthusiast, the stay could not be at a better location. And the amenities were so nice. The gym and pool are immaculate and the onsen was very very nice. The shuttle service was a very nice perk too

Bloody hell. What could I say? Magnificent? Nothing to complain about other that the price. Top notch and the best. From the inside and out. Not always have a five star experience, but this will now be the benchmark. As a car enthusiast coming from the UK and having a road trip from Tokyo to Osaka. This is fantastic for my mid stop stay. Lived up my expectations and beyond my imagination. Shame the weather I stayed was atrocious and I only had one day of time and budget for staying. Spa experience, GRMN86 test drive experience, racing simulator experience, swimming pool, gym and onsen are superb and no doubt the best amenities hotel can provide.

Great concept for a hotel - one side offers the full view of Mt Fuji, another side offers the thrills of Fuji Speedway. The breakfast is excellent (food & views), with views of Mt Fuji. We signed up for a driving course at Fuji Speedway, which is connected to the hotel. The only issue is that it's quite remote, and it's best to drive there (roads to the hotel are very dark at night). There are no convenience stores such as 7-11 nearby, you have to drive about 2-3kms out to get to the nearest one. Other than that, the integrated racecar museum was also amazing, with actual historical artifacts that you can get up close to. Really awesome concept hotel.

Made a birthday stay really memorable and went the extra mile to make it so special. Highly recommended and very good racing experiences on the track and Tom’s formula college, go karts, expert Fuji tour guide, racing simulator and more. Even had a nice pair of black kite birds fly by with the stunning Fuji view.
