"Our experience at this hotel was disappointing despite the room itself being very clean. On the very last day before our stay—the same day the reservation became non-refundable—we received a notice that the elevators were out of service and that breakfast would not be available. Breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but by the time we were informed, we could no longer cancel our reservation without losing our money. The check-in experience was also unpleasant. The front desk employee was not friendly and responded rudely when we asked about our room, telling us that we were “paying cheap” and that was why we had been assigned that particular room. This was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. To be fair, the room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it during our stay. However, when we requested an iron, it seemed to be delivered reluctantly. On our first night, the weather was cold, and when we asked for extra blankets, we were told none were available. Instead, we were offered a mattress protector, which was not an appropriate substitute. While we appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the work of the housekeeping staff, the customer service was poor from beginning to end. Unfortunately, because of the lack of communication and the unfriendly service, we would not choose to stay here again."

"Stayed here for business and decided to extend my stay since it was so nice. Great rooms and the pool was dope! Also the front desk manager Dimitri was amazing and was able to easily shift my accommodations for my extended stay. I personally watched him deliver top tier service to multiple guests. I will certainly be back for business and personal reasons!"

"Outdoor pool bar closes right when you check in....after you end up paying one fee on top of another for parking (26) resort...towel...what else? Pool floor sticky everywhere, bathroom barely functioning. Not worth the money."
