This property is in bad conditions. Is not posible that Expedia will promote. The bathroom is not working. The floor was in bad conditions the carpet was wet. Not clean. The room was flooding after shower. I don’t recommend this hotel never. I have pictures and I will publish about the conditions.

The place doesn't have air-conditioning which i didn't know before booking so the room was always hot even with the windows open and alot of road construction and street noise . Friendly staff close to alot of places but overall a 1 star hotel

Very pleasant little hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Great location; less than half an hour to anywhere in Paris with the nearby Clichy station. The building is very old however, and there was a minor leak in the roof where I was staying - that said it was no inconvenience to me. I'd overall recommend heartily if someone is traveling to Paris on a budget.

Great hotel to stay while in Paris
The hotel was in a great place in the city. The owners were really nice amd accommodating and during a virus outbreak they did whatever they could during our stay to make us comfortable and supplied us food when the country shut down.
