The only thing I don't like and did not expect it's that the hotel charges $5 per baggage left at the hotel. This is the first time I have ever gotten charged in my 15 years of travel experience. Disappointed.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and rendered good customer service. The hotel is also walking distance to the Metro station. Will recommend this hotel to any travellers in Paris.

Nice hotel
It was very clean, comfortable and easy to reach. The bathroom was spacious and the best during the hot weather period was the air conditioning.

We got a triple shared room where all the beds provided were single. The beds were moving/sliding and was not comfortable to sleep

There is no way I am going back there!!! They lied about the AC working, it is not. There are much better hotels for the same price. Don't do it.

One bad experience
I’ve been going to this hotel for almost 7 years now. My office is right next door, so the comfort of getting up just a couple of steps away for work is invaluable to me. This time however the night staff was RUDE at check in, and rude when on my second night I arrived from work, tired and not only was my room not turned down (cleaned up) but my toilet didn’t work. - I went to reception and asked if it was because of Covid, they said... I don’t know but it’s now too late to clean it, I’ll send someone over at 7am... which wasn’t acceptable for me since I had to leave for the airport already at 8:30 and I wanted a full night sleep. When reported to the morning staff at checkout the lady was amazingly apologetic and nice.

The water heater is only heated at certain time of the day and the room can get a bit stuffy sometimes.

Regarding water we have all the time but the reserves are not inexhaustible obviously but very frankly we rarely lack hot water. when the temperature in the room which is inversely to the water of the shower it is enough to regulate the heating. You can ask for help at any time at reception if needed. Looking forward to welcoming you very soon

Nice clean rooms and quiet hotel.
It was a nice room, clean, I was on 7th floor. The elevator only goes to 6th floor, so I had one flight of stairs to climb with luggage it was ok would prefer 6th floor and lower. They clean daily and they offer do not disturb sign if you do not wish for daily clean. Restaurant was fine I only had breakfast one morning I stayed for 5 nights it’s not far from the metro or the tram about 3 blocks.

Accueil chaleureux. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. L’hôtel est adjacent au périphérique, et évidement l’ensemble de paris est en travaux. Autrement dit, la pollution sonore est élevée.

Nice and affordable place to stay
The place is a bit out of the city but it’s accessible with train and bus. The staff were nice and helpful. And they clean the room everyday too.

Very disappointing
We booked a triple room and the room given to us was at the ground floor not renovated and with a bathroom for disabled. The bathroom was so old with a big window facing the street outside where people passing by can probably see you. It was also hard to take a shower because you have to sit down else the water will splatter all over the floor. The place is good if you're staying only for 1 night which is what we did. It was hard to find a hotel near Paris during that day of our stay that was within our budget. The next day we transferred to another hotel near Gare De Lyon which was so much better. This is not really a hotel. The beds are so near to each other though they are single beds. There was also not much of food choices at the restaurant. The pizza was just a frozen pizza microwaved. The cheese given with the meat selection was also expired.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Location was good, 10 mins walk from the metro. Pretty safe as well, walked back home past midnight for 3-4 days and never experienced anything bad or scary along the way. Staff were awesome especially the guy who helped us check in (April 17, around 6-7pm). The only problem we encountered was that theres only 1 Key per room. Yeah, even if you booked the double or triple room, you’ll have to share a key. And for people who are sensitive to noises this hotel isn’t ideal as the walls are pretty thin (I sleep soundly so this wasn’t a problem for me lol). For the price in Paris on a high season though, it was good.

Functional without Frills - great staff
It is a very functional accommodation without too many frills. What it does it brilliant. Close to the area in Paris that we needed to be in. The staff looked after us very well.

Great place for a business traveler
This is my hotel of choice when I’m in paris. The staff is always friendly and it’s really close to the metro line 7. - it has recently been renovated and they replaced the tubs by nice showers. My only bad thing is that they no longer let delivery boys up to your room but that’s not so bad that I won’t stay there :-)

Staff and manager very professional and helpful. But the hotel is very old and in a bad condition. Needs to be renewed. They have started to renew it and have done some floors. Many restaurants around by walk and highway very close.

Everything was good but we didn’t have a hand towel, just bath towel and bath mat. Same thing every time we stay there. The road leading to the hotel was full of rubbish, which is a shame! It doesn’t give a very good image to tourists.
