Hotel is very close to the CDG Airport shuttle making it easy to arrive by SNCF train and leave by plane the next morning. The room was totally quiet, clean, comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had! We'll be back.

This property is fantastically located if you’re staying overnight at CDG, as it’s very close to the roissypole CDGVAL Station. Check in was easy and friendly. We were travelling as a family with a 6year old. We booked a superior double room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room was clean and quite spacious, the shower was good and the fridge in the room was useful. We didn’t however get the best nights sleep. The sofa bed was incredibly creaky, to the point we abandoned using it part way through the night and brought our daughter into the double bed with us in the hope of getting some sleep. There was no fan and the in room air conditioning was either broken or powered off so there was no option to get any air circulation in the space as the night progressed. We didn’t try to open the window, due to airport noise. We also found that of the many USB charging points in the room, only 2 of the 6 worked. There was also a drains smell coming from the bathroom sink, which wasn’t pleasant, but also not overwhelming with the bathroom door closed. We didn’t bring this up with the hotel team as we had an early start and were desperate for rest, but I was left with the impression that maintenance/upkeep wasn’t something being focussed on, and I wasn’t confident that another room would be much better.

the room did not have AC working while the description mentioned that it had AC. The staff told us that the ac cannot make the room any cooler, heater would work. But the room was hot. we tried opening the window but the nearby airport flights made it too noisy. So the hotel staff provided us with a small table fan. that is not what an AC room experience should be. Novotel is a big brand, it should keep the description correct.

It's an airport hotel. Very convenient for an early flight or layover or whatever. It was clean, decent space for what it is. Was quiet actually surprisingly for being right by the airport. Had a restaurant, it was fine. We had two rooms with our group however and there was no working air conditioning in ether. All had a long hot night we were hoping for a sleep we were tossing and turning.

The reason to stay here is easy access to Charles de Gaulle airport. The area around has limited options for dining. That said the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The room was large enough for a family of 4. there was a small fooseball and ping pong table at the time of our stay.

We stayed here before an early flight out of CDG. The hotel was clean and safe. It was really easy to use the shuttle train and the staff was really nice. Our family of four was comfortable in the room for one night. It would’ve been tight for more than that.

The staff ( one lady manager in particular) were very mot friendly and in manager was very rude to the customer and putting down other staff member of front of the customer. Very upsetting!

Easy to get to airport, family room good size, nice reception, when I use shuttle to airport we not realize that my husband's bag pack already open, till someone told him to be careful your bag is open, we think that happen when we used escalator to go shuttle train suddenly the escalator stoped, we busy with carry big luggage step by step and bad guys planing to steal our staff.

Stayed at the hotel one night before our trip home. Hotel was located inside the terminal so was super convenient for our early flight home. Hotel was clean and staff were great. Would stay here again! Also despite being right in the terminal, we couldn't hear any noise from the planes at all. Very impressive.
