My recent stay at Novotel Paris Les Halles was incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing. The heater in our room was non-functional for the first two nights, leaving us in the cold and ultimately causing my daughter to fall ill. Despite multiple reports to the staff, it took them three days to address the issue, wasting hours of our vacation time waiting for maintenance that repeatedly never showed up. Furthermore, our privacy was blatantly violated. Despite explicit instructions to the front desk and a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, hotel staff entered our room without our permission. To make matters worse, upon checkout, I was assured that no charges would be applied to my credit card until the issues had been resolved and compensation had been discussed. Contrary to this assurance, my card was charged without any prior discussion or resolution. The response from the hotel and the lack of accountability have been appalling. This was not just an uncomfortable stay; it was a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and basic hotel standards. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience.

This hotel is ideally positioned as it is 5-minutes (walk) to the Louvre and the Metro station is right outside the hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and well-equipped.

Great location, the interior also very nice, restaurant / lobby good, kids play table was really fun for my kid. Loved how lively the neighborhood was and very walkable to many good eating spots, Pompidu museum, Louvre etc. Also right next to a major train stop so commute was easy. Highly recommend this place for families. Staff was really nice and helpful too.

We had a great stay. We were in a family room and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. Very convenient to all areas of Paris. Gets a little sketchy at night, but that’s ok. We really enjoyed our time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends/family.

We absolutely loved the location, within walking distance of the louvre. We also appreciated the many dining options. An added bonus was the breakfast buffet as it was a perfect way to start the day. We would recommend the Novotel. Only very slight criticism was the shower pressure could be slightly more powerful

It would be hard to imagine a more conveniently located hotel. This one was a straight shot on the Metro from CDG airport to Chatelet-Les Halles. You come up the escalator at the Marguerite de Navarre or Porte Berger exits, and there it is! We could walk to Notre Dame, shopping, the Hotel de Ville, etc. Delicious breakfast and quiet at night. Perfect. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location is very central & useful, though many dodgy-looking guys hanging around outside in the evenings. The hotel public areas are attractive and comfortable, but rooms on the spartan side. More like three star. Not great pillows, travelodge quality bedding. Really annoying (and so typical) is turning off the coffee machine at exactly 11am on sunday morning breakfast. No feeling of real welcome or service in this place. Really just a shiny Mercure or Ibis charging extra for nothing much.

The staff were all fabulous and the location was superb - it was so convenient. However, there was a mouse running around the dining area while my daughter and I were eating. I wasn’t satisfied with the response from the member of staff that the hotel has a garden and whilst the they take steps to deal with mice, it will never remove their presence completely.

The hotel is in a safe, well lit area. Being close to shopping and restaurants there are people always around. The neighborhood is quiet by and large. The hotel is modern inside and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. We never ran out of hot water for the showers. we have been to Paris more than a dozen times and we will return to this hotel.

Hotel was right outside the train station,arrived direct from the airport,Metro is also there giving easy access to the city. Hotel is in a great location so you can walk to major sights (Louve,Notre Dame) so perfect.Lots of excellent shops if you wish to browse.☺️ Breakfast was good with lots of options and a nice chilled bar for a drink at the end of a day walking. I would recommend the Novetel if you are visiting Paris.

Great hotel in a wonderful location, right next to the train station. Convenient for everything. The staff are amazing!

Breakfast was good and very convenient. Location was excellent..walking distance to louvre and many sites. Right next to main train and subway line. Was easy to get to Disney. Comfortable bedding with good sized room for two adults and two teenagers. Would stay here again. Hotel staff very helpful and nice.
