"I was very happy with the overall service, from housekeeping, bellmen, concierge, front office and almost all staff are friendly, accommodating and courteous."

"The hotel is perfect, clean, nice, big, and has a very good spa. You need to make sure that your room has spa access included, otherwise, you have to pay additionally to use it. We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. Right outside of the hotel, there are plenty of dining, coffee, and dessert options. There is a supermarket, beauty salon, and even an aesthetic clinic right outside. Probably from now on we will always try to stay here, it was very comfortable and pleasant."
