We were really surprisingly wowed by the Warwick. Great location. Great staff! Great building! While you can tell it is an old building, it is very nicely updated and maintained. Room size was excellent for a city room and dining options are exceptional! Highly recommend and plan to stay there again. Y new favorite boutique hotel in Philadelphia !

Check into our room wait time took 45 minutes waiting in the lobby. Without notification from staff, who knew I was waiting…initial interaction with staff was not very good. I was pleasant and didn’t receive eye contact or apologies at all. After that staff was very cordial. Room however was not great. The couch neither I or my friend would sit on. It was filthy, and worn. Table behind couch was so incredibly wobbly, and about to fall apart and mirror in bathroom was nonfunctional. The room seemed old. Cleaning staff were great!

Reserved my room with a check in time of 4:00 PM. I arrived at 4:30 and was told my room was not ready yet. After waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours, I went to the front desk to inquire about my room and was given keys. My room had been ready for an hour but they failed to call me or simply approach me in the lobby to tell me. Upon entry to my room, it was most definitely not a suite which I had procured earlier.

Loved the walking distance to great restaurants, We didnt like the extra $50.00 fee for early check in . We were told our room wasn’t ready at 2:00 so we left our luggage and went to lunch , less then 5 minutes later we received a phone call asking if we wanted to check in earlier for $50.00 ? We declined and were able to check in after lunch about 3:30

I have stayed in roadside motels that have nicer rooms. I was caught off guard by the parking fee of $50-59 a day and the $15 day resort fee. When we got to the room we had only 2 bath towels 2 wash clothes, no hand towels, floor towel, I asked more than 1 time for these items but they were not brought until the next day. Room had not top sheets on the beds, and very thin blankets. There was no clock or microwave in the room. When the heater came on it was so loud that I recorded it and took it do to the desk. They sent someone up and I was told that they are just old, glad I had ear plugs!! The ceiling in the bathroom and room were covered in water stains. There is no bathroom vent fan so there was visible mold around the ceiling light fixture. The location of this hotel was the best part about it.

Everything about the hotels facilities were great except the ice machine on the 6th floor wasn’t working. Check in was also delayed an hour because room wasn’t ready. Staff was friendly

When I booked my reservation, I was told that parking included in the price. I go to park my car it says self park, but they only offer valet. I paid for parking and had to handover my keys. The room was OK. Nothing spectacular. But it works if you need a budget friendly layover.

We did a pre check in @1:30 & was told they will call us when our room was done.. we came back @4pm which is check in time and they told us our room wasn't done & will let us know when it will be ready. We sat in the lobby for 35 minites waiting for our room to be done. The funny part no one else at this issue upon check in!

Thank you McKinnely for your help. Misread the info on Expedia about the check in time so o arrived later than I was supposed to for check-in. McKinnley was a great big help with getting me a new room to help with the issue. Although I had to rebook, she was helpful in ensuring that I got a room for the night and was safe. McKinnley thank you and we appreciate you for not leaving two women out in the cold with no room. Trust your kindness will go a long way. Blessings!

The staff was nice and helpful. It’s in a really cool location. And was very clean. I did have a huge wet spot in the carpet that I mentioned to staff and no one ever came to check on it. Other than that, it was a cool stay

Rooms were so poorly maintained that they ran out and turned people away. I had the option of a room with a door that could not be secured or a room with an old pull out couch and a broken TV. As I stood by the front desk, most people asking for assistance were also complaining of maintenance issues like toilets, showers, etc. Manager (Hope) was rude and incapable of managing the chaos. Other staff including front desk, engineers, and valet were lovely and just needed support from leadership. I also learned that contingency rooms were available but reserved for “corporate tours” while paying guests were turned away. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

Stay was in a very convenient location. Staff was friendly. They were doing work on the plumbing/pipes in the hotel and we did not have hot water. Maintenance responded quickly, but we still did not have enough hot water so showers were very quick. Probably would not stay here again just because the highest expectations of a hotel, IMO, is a bed to sleep in and a place to take a hot shower. With that being said, the hotel is nice and the gym had great equipment for an effective workout.

The Warwick hotel is way over rated!! Rooms are ran down at less my room.. I thought I was going to some classy historical hotel but it ran down.. waste of money

The location is great and staff are friendly and helpful. However, this hotel does not honor VIP access. We were told a room upgrade wasn't available because the hotel was full, even though rooms were still available both through Expedia and the hotel website.
