Fancy hotel that spent lots on deco. Hotel is large, in a good location and well priced. Even though my floor was non smoking, I could smell a tinge of smoke most likely from the other floors.

Comfortable hotel, easy access
There are 2 separate hotel buildings which are about 200m apart, linked by an underground shopping arcade- Naga 1 and Naga 2. When I made a booking, the confirmation does not tell you which hotel building you should go to, so there was some anxiety on my part. Naga 1 has a bigger casino, and is busier than Naga 2, which I prefer. The room in Naga 2 is very narrow. There is a walk area of less than one metre from the bottom of the bed to the wall.

Sadly you cater exclusively to the Chinese who come to gamble. They have the worst manners, are arrogant, disrespectful and the hotel staff ignore there behavior. Shocking. Further I’ve stayed at Naga 7/8 times and non smoking rooms mean nothing. The Chinese smoke everywhere in the elevator , corridors and non smoking food area. They do what they want and the staff turn a blind eye. That’s you market and so you lose customers word of mouth.

Nagaworld is a big complex comprising of Naga 1 (older) and Naga 2 (newer complex). Rooms are decently sized. Place is generally clean. However, food is passable. No gym nor swimming pool. Hotel would be great for adults but not for families.
