We checked out 2 days early. The breakfast was so-so. The most annoying was the jack hamner from next door construction. The hotel did warn about this nor would they compensate for early checout.

Stayed only the night in a family room. Amazing hotel, with tonnes of character and style. Great little pool tool. Surprising how quite it was despite central location. Like a little oasis in the middle of town. Breakfast was good, and staff helpful throughout. Everything is on the doorstep.

Super boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Cute little rooftop pool used in between sightseeing. Superior room with lovely balcony & views of very busy but interesting street traffic. Lots of mopeds!!

We only stayed one night but absolutely loved this property. The property was beautiful, the staff were lovely, the location ideal for seeing the sights of PT and the breakfast was perfect for us. Cereal, toast, fruit and eggs made to order. We had a room at the front and enjoyed watching the chaos down on the street especially since we were there for the Sunday night market (which was a lot of fun). Yes the bar across the street had music but we shut the double doors around 11 and fell asleep without any issues. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend
We loved our stay at this wee boutique hotel. Our room was perfect, overlooking the street. Good breakfast. Staff were lovely. The pool was a reasonable size for the middle of the city, clean and refreshing, and so welcoming in the heat! No lift but staff take the luggage upstairs. Perfect location.

Our room was facing the main road which was very busy. There were other rooms that didn’t face that way which I assume are quieter. But was clean and staff lovely.

It’s a beautifully maintained boutique hotel at the very heart of the Phuket Old Town. We loved the beautiful garden + European feel interior. The only drawback I would say was the breakfast choices, it’s rather limited, other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely be back!

It is near to the busy street of the old town. Very convenient. We stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is basic but enough. Will stay again if going to old town again.

I love how close is to the night market, so many bars, cute boutiques and shops. The hotel resembles an spanish vintage building with stairs and a nice fountain. The room was spacious and neat, very comfortable bed and the water preasure in the shower is strong. We had a room facing the street so we heard a little bit of noise from the bar in front but they turned it off before we went to sleep. The staff is very welcoming and helpful! 10/10.

Top stay in the heart of Old Phuket Town
We loved this small hotel full of charm and characters. It has it all : location, comfort, cleanliness, lovely and caring staff, reasonable room rates, and many more excellent features. Highly recommended, especially if you want to walk around the colourful streets and taste the great street food of the famous Weekend Market, just a few steps from Casa Blanca Hotel ! 5*****

The building is very beautiful and colonial, the decor is functional, the location is very good. It could all be so much better. In the hands of perhaps western, more experienced management, it could be great, it has so much potential. The breakfast is horrible, but the price of a stay is low, so you can’t expect much. Because the building is old , it’s quite noisy, if they could improve their English it would help.

It’s fine
So, here’s the thing: it’s a very nice property and it’s well kept and clean and conveniently located. I realize that it’s an old building and the piping isn’t great. But you can’t flush your TP. And I realize that’s not uncommon in a lot of parts of the world, but if you’re keeping your TP in a bin next to the can, it’s not a 9.0 hotel. It’a just not. On top of that you have the usual Phuket noise as there is a bar across the street that plays karaoke at 200 dB until 1am every night. So, it’s a nice old hotel, and if you know all of this going in to it and it sounds fine you’ll love it, but it’s not a 9.0. Staff was extremely friendly.

A one night stand to remember
A really quaint hotel with a lovely bedroom with a very central location. Got off to a bad start though as on arrival the receptionist refused to change a b1000 note so I could pay the taxi driver! I had to go across the road and ask the bar there for change instead! However, after that things improved as I saw the very tasty bedroom.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in the the center of Phuket of town itself. Amazing hospitality ( better than 5 star properties we stayed in). Very friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Extremely responsive staff. As for staff, would rate them much better than luxury hotels.

This is a really good small boutique hotel. The facility is simple but yet it has everything that we need. Plus the front desk clerks were very helpful. Especially a clerk called Sarah. We enjoyed the stay. But nite one thing if your unit faces the street it can be noisy at night as across the street there is a bar that plays loud live music. Overall no problems if your unit faces the interior.

The hotel is situated in best location in the old town Phuket, The staff are very warm and kind. The manager is helpful and gracious. She took care of every governmental covid related bureaucratic’s for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable We highly recommend the hotel.

The room is pretty basic. Kind of an old building. Beds were hard, but I enjoyed my sleep:) the building is gorgeous! The staff were super professional and nice. Not a high class bathroom but decent👍 the location is prime. I would stay again:) The front desk is helpful in helping you find or contact a taxi etc. They had a wieght scale for our luggage. It was nice.

This is a very nice modern hotel in downtown Old Phuket. As soon as you walk in you can see how clean it is and friendly the staff are. Our room was very clean with NO bed bugs and a powerful AC unit. The bathroom was really nice as well. There are a lot of restaurants close by along with a good bar right across the street. We would definitely stay again!! 5/5!!!

Boutique Hotel worth to visit.
