Great stay, a little out of the old town district but an easy 15 min walk to the cafes, restaurants and shopping. Very nice, clean and quiet retreat.

Cool Residence lives up to its name.
Cool Residence lives up to its name. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and well equipped. The only reservation would be location though this was not a problem to us as we hired scooters at the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

The staff here were all incredibly warm, friendly and helpful with whatever we needed! The facilities were in great condition and the property was ideally located near a big shopping centre and an incredible lookout.

Great value hotel!
Everything was very tidy, clean and staff was friendly & really helpful. The room was huge and we got 5 bottles of water everyday! We loved to have a swimming pool because it was really hot and air conditioning in the room!

Good location in Phuket Town. Superb service - we got whatever we need (iron, dryer, help with booking a taxi, early breakfast when setting of before 7am for a trip, and a lot more!), rooms cleaned every day. Can trully recommend for everybody!

Indo China adventure
I knew as soon as I arrived I was going to have a great stay. Food and drinks were good and reasonable. Only downside- the activity is at the beaches which are reachable by taxi. I am not a beach person so it was not a problem. Places to go in Phuket. Day tours covered the must see places and there is a pool which other guests liked. Point to make I am single but taxi sharing becomes cheap for families.

Great hotel with friendly staff
Cool Residence is a great 3 star hotel. The staff were so nice and they're in English is fantastic. They always had time for me when I came in and out. The room was big and I slept so well. I was really comfortable. It is 1.7km from Central Festival. I will definitely stay again.

Really happy with the stay.
Really happy with the place. It's close to Central Festival and the Bangkok hospital which is what I needed. The staff have excellent English skills. The room is quite large and I was more than happy with it. Nice big bed, fridge and room to walk. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Nice Hotel far from bus terminal and city
Nice clean hotel but far away from everything. We had to rent a motorbike from the hotel's vendor who extorted from us when we scatched the bike slightly on one side. Besides this bad experience, its a great hotel if you dont mind its location. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There are few new hotels nearby with their own hotel motorbikes for rent as well which i would preferred if i visit phuket again to avoid being extorted from bike shops.

we got there past midnight, the staff still waited for us to check in. The hotel is not on the main street but its not very difficult to find. almost everything is given in the room, except for the hair dryer but it is available on request. Beach towels also available for you to take it to your tour program ( with returning, of course). There are several breakfast menu and all are delicious especially the fried rice menu. they also serve lunch and dinner. we had dinner at the hotel once because of the rain. it turns out that all their dishes are good, especially the pizza. the meal price is not very high at all. we stayed there 3 nights without any transportation. we walked mostly and it takes only 5 mins from hotel to the main street. From the main street there is a local transportation ( big pink truck) that could take you to the market where you can transfer to other trucks that go to each beach in Phuket. If you like to walk like us we walk most of the time to the old town of Phuket, took about 15 mins. overall, the owner, the staff and even the cooker are very nice and helpful. Truly recommended!!!

Friendly check in. The Bistro made me a delicious Thai-style iced tea. Flexible breakfast service hours (or so it seemed). Front desk will book taxi service. Room was a bit dirty in the corners and on the balcony, but otherwise nice and clean. Fridge in room. Tea/coffee/kettle in room.

Ok so the location is a bit isolated but if you just need a place to crash after your flight arrives and before getting a ferry the next day, this is for you. Spotless and well-equipped room and decent but small pool.

Excellent one night stay here. Hotel couldn't do enough for us. We paid for breakfast in advanced but when we arrived told breakfast was served from 8:30 - we had to leave at 7:30 so the receptionist organised some sandwiches and orange juice to be delivered to our room instead. Also organised a taxi for us to the ferry terminal. Clean spacious hotel nice pool can't praise this place enough.

Gute Unterkunft, top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ins Zentrum ist es zu Fuß allerdings ein Stück (20-25min). Restaurants allerdings auch fußläufig vorhabden

Chambre toujours aussi agréable (plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel). Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, une odeur assez désagréable se faisait sentir dans les oreillers. C'est la première fois que cela arrive, donc nous reviendrons certainement en espérant que ce n'était qu'un problème d'humidité de saison.

A bit out of any main "tourist" areas, but this was a very good find for us. Hotel and staff were great. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. From hotel to central festival mall is just 5mins by car. Large safety box in the room. We hope to be able to return again.

Petit hôtel mais très correct pour le prix et avec une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. A 20 min à pied de phuket Town (bars,restaurants,boutiques). Je déconseille le coté resto de l’hôtel. Le patron est très sympathique et toujours souriant
