Nice hotel on the hill
We stayed here a year ago with my bf. Liked it and this time around came back with the whole family.

Exceptional Value for money
We opted for this due to the price which was very competitive if you opt for the "courtyard rooms" rather than the sea view rooms but we were more than happy for the price we paid . Not too noisy as its far enough from Bangla Road area but also away from the noise of the main Naina Road (motorbikes) Food in hotel cheap and pool nice . Only dowside with the hotel is that its a bit of a walk up the hill for anyone elderly thinking about this hotel otherwise I would def recommend it

The stairs are a huge problem
Staff speaks no English. Food subpar. Beach shuttle and male driver a plus. The stairs ruin a beautiful resort. The pool is great. Bugs and mosquitoes isn't the hotels fault. Beds horrible. Bathroom good size. Tv old. AC works great. Hill to get to the resort is a problem for the disabled

Very Nice Hotel and Friendly staff.
In few words, the Hotel is Great! Beautiful view of Patong Bay, friendly staff. Note; If you don't like to walk, this is not for you! It's very hard walking all the way up (From main Street) to the Hotel and then, to the rooms. You have two options: walk or take a taxi every time you're going out. I would love to go back.
