"The staff was simply amazing. Our luggage was lost at the airport for the first night and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Everything from complimentary drinks and pastries to providing milk for our 1 year old when he was out and stores were closed. If I’m ever back in Bourdeaux this is where I’m staying. "

The hotel itself is great - good bedrooms and a bath in the bathroom too which is a real bonus plus a very good shower. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The best place in our opinion to stay when in Bordeaux!"
