The valet parking was a fantastic plus with someone with mobility problems with the concierge going down to my car on two occasions for things I had forgotten. The food was delicious in all the venues we used especially The Grill. The shuttle bus is a great asset."

"Cannot fault the property at all. Staff in all areas of the hotel were welcoming and friendly always. Only areas for improvement could be 2nd floor ceiling as exiting the lift and enforcing that catering staff use the tongs to put out pastries instead of their hands as this was a total turn off.
