Not relaxing at all. There was a huge company retreat happening so there were 300 workers yelling through team-building games, and then a booming microphone voice for long periods, and then every room was raucous till 2am. If they are having one huge company retreat the hotel should really book out the whole resort and not let unsuspecting tourists like us book in.

The room was very nice, but not clean enough. Should put the dressing table in the master bedroom. Should add more plugs in the living room. Overall ok.

The staff was friendly especially Aziz at the reception counter. He was helpful and pleasant. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and efficient. However, the sink in the master bedroom was clogged and needed repair.

PNB Ilham resorts in my opinion is brilliantly versatile; it has team building activities set up, near the beach, spectacular view and just 300m walk to Hutan Rekreasi TanjungTuan for a decent hiking experience/trail running. Best of both world! Family friendly too if the plan is to have a family day for our organisations/company. However if we have an elderly who is on wheelchair or walking frame; early information can be done so that the resort can sorts few arrangements to ease our loved ones.

We booked for 02 rooms apartment but the upgrade us to 03 rooms apartment which is nice since we got a bigger apartments. On the downside, all looks dated and jaded. Need to refresh. My bed got bed bug.

It's good because of beach front. Nice rooms n good friendly staff. But Rooms r old n need repair n upgrade. Slow checkin, culd only get room at 4 pm. Limited choice of breakfast food Beach is dirty, smelly n water is cloudy

+I was given a good sized 3 bedroom apt (3091), when I booked for 2 bedroom apt. So we had ample living room space. Best was we got the pool view. +Adequate room amenities +We had dinner at Serambi Café, food was yummy, drinks were diluted, service was friendly. +Breakfast good selection and delicious. -Room facilities/furniture/bedding need lots of repairs/upgrade/replacing. Master bedroom: Floor tile broken, a/c leaking, bidet hose in toilet leaks, toilet sink water drains very slow. 2nd bedroom: Ceiling fan not working. Living hall: TV ceiling fan not working. Some lights not working. -Building lift is smelly with murky carpet. -Swimming pool water not so clean, can see leaves/small objects. Pool towel not enough and pool attendant always missing. -Not enough parking for hotel guests. Should open up outdoor lot beside hotel.
