Great place to stay. Easy transport into town with lots of trams running along St.Kilda Rd, stopping 100 metres from hotel. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

It was amazing! We loved the view and the surrounding. It was a wonderful expereince! Wish there was a hot tub or a pool.

There was no free water bottle in the room. Door was stiff and the quality of tissues were poor. There were no foot wearing in the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this property many times and they were perfect. This stay was below average based on the service received by staff. The ability to use the car park (which was arranged) was like pulling teeth. To leave the car park at the end of the stay was also a challenge to have them open it! No housekeeping at all, no in room dining option or mini bar available for the first night. Personal service at front desk was appalling. Will recorder my first stay options next visit to Melbourne.

Convenient and well located. However, property is very tired and appears poorly maintained. It is greatly in need of a renovation. Rooms are adequate, but only just.

Always amazing staying here, the staff are 10/10 and go above and beyond. I can never fault them on anything, if there’s ever an issue they try and rectify it straight away. Will definitely be staying here again, thanks again for making my trip go well

Hotel was great for our family trip to Melbourne with its location a short 10 min Uber from the center. Room was cleaned daily. Staff could be more attentive after hours though as we rang the front desk multiple times without answer to get the lift unlocked after parking one night, forcing my family to walk up two car ramps. Worse was the staff was not at all sorry for their inattentiveness when I let them know they weren’t answering the phone.

Good hotel and service, parking tight
Slightly ageing hotel, but good and clean, beds are good and service good too. Parking very tight underneath, 2m clearance, would not take a decent size 4WD down. Worth the stay...YES.

The room is nice but it was bit dusty when we stayed there. And, Not sure if the cleaner just tidied up the room without cleaning it or not since the dust was still there and on the last night we stayed the mugs were still same condition as before (used). And the sleep is just okay since we could hear the bang sound from next doors when they went in and out the room

Great view froom room. We were celebrating our anniversary and had breakfast in our package. A scrooge breakfast attendant charged me for two fried eggs I ordered, one was inedible. Thanks to a kindly male receptionist this fee was waived.
