Fist fights and yelling all night long. Couldn’t sleep. I don’t mind the weed smoking but purposely aiming the smoke blowing into my a.c is crazy. More and more people showed up to “party”. Employees did nothing to stop it. Unreal. Horrible service but wouldn’t expect anything less in Rhode Island

Delivery truck blocked entrance on arrival. One of two room keys worked. Sheets on bed had not been changed. They allowed us to switch rooms. The floor had not been vacuumed the couch was ripped and dirty.

Room was not cleaned or bed made after first night. This was after requesting the room be cleaned. Side door of property was not secure. Unlocked so anyone could enter. Pool was closed, no reason given and fitness room had no water or towels. Many of the machines did not work.

The heater made so much lound noises about 0300, the phone by the beds so dirty and didn't work. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. There were no towels on the first night i checked in and i couldn't call the front desk with the hotel phone. When i requested the towels i had to go to desk to get it. After reporting the sound issue with the heater, i was told they'll work but didn't. Night staff was not friendly.

The only redeeming quality was the size of the room and the price for it. The phone inside our room did not work at all, not even to call the front desk, the privacy deadbolt on the door did not function (it doesn't line up with the door jamb), we had to buy air freshener spray because the room had a dirty feet smell, and the elevator was 2 months over due for its annual inspection (it also got stuck on the 2nd floor and the door closed seperating us from our child). There were also large trucks parked across 4 or 5 spots of the already limited parking on both the front and back side of the hotel. The online booking showed an indoor pool, we were not notified until I asked at check in that it was closed for maintenance indefinitely.

The breakfast was adequate, but better choices could have been made. The hard-boiled eggs were sometimes frozen in the refrigerator; other times the membrane was still on them and had dried out, rendering them very undesirable. One of the cream cheese cups was completely moldy when I opened it up. In my room, the shower head was being held up by zip ties, rendering the hand-held option obsolete, and it was hard to position it well enough to take a shower. I managed, but shouldn't have needed to. The bathroom faucet was off-kilter, and to stop the stream of water, it had to be up and to the right of center. Aside from those issues, my room was comfortable and made for a nice home base for the four days I was working around Providence. The bed was perfect for me, quite comfy. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, as well.

The POOL IS CLOSED!!!! One of the main reasons we went there. And couldn’t control the temperature. It was 78 degrees in there and we couldn’t turn it down.

Terrible decision
Most of the guest in the building seemed like residents. At night they would yell in the hallway and horseplay into the lobby. The smell of cigarette smoke was overpowering on my floor. I asked to be moved because of this noise and smell but my request was ignored.
