The hotel is very conveniently located near the Brown University campus. The area around the hotel is very convenient for walking. The front desk staff were very helpful. Overall a great experience.

Bathroom was sticky especially the floor, door and handle. Clump of hair on the shower wall. Too bad because the rest of the property was in pretty good shape. Pretty breakfast area. Nice valet and staff.

Good location with convention center just a 3 min drive and a great pizza place across the street for a quick meal. I didn't like how small the room was and it actually had a bad odor, which I told the receptionist about.

Loved our visit to Providence staying at the downtown in this scenic city! Lovely hotel! Special shout-out to the hotel shuttle service driver, who not only took us everywhere we needed in the city, but also provided all sorts of information on sights to see and restaurants to try.

Easy walk to PPAC. Very safe feeling, needing the key card to operate elevator and enter front door. Lots of dining options around. Breakfast was just okay...bananas were all rotten and omlets were made with peppers, which i can't eat...would've preferred plain.

Nice hotel right in the middle of several walkable bars/restaurants. Parking options are limited so be sure to include $32 for valet parking in your final price, since it's basically required. Breakfast was OK. Very cool vintage/throwback look inside.

The hotel is very conveniently located, rooms were large, great to have a microwave and coffee/tea-making in the room, and staff were very friendly and efficient. Free shuttle that can drop you at locations within two miles of the hotel was helpful, too.

Central location which is good. Valet parking is the only parking option on site. Didn't know that was the case until after booking. All already parking is however similarly priced

I was there for a wedding one night and it look me four phone calls to accommodate an early check in by just 30 minutes prior to the normal 4pm check in. It’s already stressful being in a wedding but also I had plans change due to a death in the family and it was a bummer that I couldn’t downgrade my room to save on the costs of my hotel. Manny was very helpful at the end only hours before the wedding, but the amount of work and effort to get to this after a series of unfortunate events made this hotel stay needless to say, not an ideal situation.

I have stayed here many times, love the staff, breakfast is always good. the only complaint, the a/c systems don't go down far enough in temperature, also not enough tv stations
