"I paid my booking through Expedia for two nights. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me that I had to pay her because Expedia had only secured the booking. Now I see that I have paid twice for the same reservation. Expedia said they have contacted the hotel and it refuses to refund me. This seems highway robbery to me! "
