"** Relaxing ** Staff very helpful ** excellent facilities ** simple exit to ski area We used the Spa for relaxing massage. Leah was such a professional host and I felt great after her massage. I will be returning to this hotel for sure. 5* hotel and gave a 5* service. One area that could be better was the menu in the main restaurant. I suggest offering some classic dishes for dinner. Also a good idea to have salt and pepper on the tables instead of having to keep asking for them. This wouldn't stop me returning. Beautiful hotel and staff. "

"The hotel is very well located, and it’s clean/comfortable/etc. Two issues: 1) no parking (which is fine if you reserve the nearby P2 at least a week in advance) and 2) the hotel’s elevators are pretty slow. Maybe being on the 1st or 4th floor would be good to avoid needing the elevator too often!"
